Belt 2 Ass Tour Headed To Milwaukee

Welp, Patrick Beverly was traded from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Milwaukee Bucks.

It's a sad day for the Pat Bev podcast, him and Rone probably wont be recording the pod in person for the time being which is half the fun of their podcast. The move doesn’t quite add up on paper just yet because Pat Bev has been much better than expected and even raised the bar of the expectations of the organization and fans.

Patrick Beverley got the news he was getting traded from the Philadelphia 76ers to Milwaukee while on camera, all while live on Youtube for "The Pat Bev Podcast with Rone." The live stream featured a lengthy stretch of audio problems in the beginning, but at one point Beverley takes a call, presumably from his agent, that seems to confirm news he's been traded.

"Doc will let me do my thing," Beverley said, referring to head coach Doc Rivers, who coached Beverley with the Los Angeles Clippers from 2017-20 when Beverley twice received votes for NBA defensive player of the year. With the trade, the Bucks pick up a defensive stopper in the backcourt for their postseason push. Milwaukee's in third place in the Eastern Conference at 33-18, but has seen a decline this season on defense after trading five-time All-Defensive Team guard Jrue Holiday in the deal to acquire Damian Lillard in the offseason.

The Bucs are currently 1-4 since Doc Rivers took over as coach.

I'm sure Pat Bev and Dame will be boys!

When Pat first tweet on December 16th, 2023 "Belt 2 Ass" with a screen shot of the 6ers up 41 points with 20 seconds left in the 3rd quarter I declared myself a 6ers fan. Big Neef tried to warn me as our resident Philly fan, that I shouldn't get myself involved with being a fan of the team, I will only get hurt. Well guess what Neef, misery loves company! Best of luck to Pat in Milwaukee, I know Giannis will be happy to see him.
