  • San Francisco 49ers: 11.5

  • Baltimore Ravens: 11.5

  • Atlanta Falcons: 10.5

  • Philadelphia Eagles: 10.5

  • Miami Dolphins: 10.5

  • Buffalo Bills: 10.5

  • Dallas Cowboys 10.5

  • Green Bay Packers: 10.5

  • Cincinnati Bengals: 10.5

  • Detroit Lions: 10.5

  • New York Jets: 9.5

  • Houston Texans: 9.5

  • Pittsburgh Steelers: 8.5

  • Cleveland Browns: 8.5

  • Los Angeles Chargers: 8.5

  • Jacksonville Jaguars: 8.5

  • Indianapolis Colts: 8.5

  • Los Angeles Rams: 8.5

  • Seattle Seahawks: 7.5

  • Washington Commanders: 7.5

  • New York Giants: 6.5

  • Las Vegas Raiders: 6.5

  • Minnesota Vikings: 6.5

  • Arizona Cardinals: 6.5

  • Tennessee Titans: 5.5

  • Denver Broncos: 5.5

  • Carolina Panthers: 4.5

  • New England Patriots: 4.5

As of today, emphasis on today…. a few of my favorite bets are as followed:

I like the Ravens UNDER (11.5). Not by much under but 12 wins is a lot. Baltimore loss a lot during the offseason including; three starting offensive linemen, two key defensive players in Patrick Queen and Geno Stone. The Ravens also watched their defensive coordinator, Mike Macdonald leave to become the Seattle Seahawks head coach. They also let Odell walk. But maybe that’s a good thing…you don’t need Kim K lingering around smelling the locker room doors, when you’re trying to win a championship.

I like the Jags UNDER (8.5). This one is slightly different than Baltimore. I think the rest of afc east will be better than they were last season. The colts will have better quarterback play and their coach is in year two, the Titans treated the offseason as if they are still trying to win now, and The Texans are the best team in the division. Also I have some serious concerns about Trevor Lawrence.

I like the Titans OVER (5.5). The Titans went 6-11 last year and at first glance you may wonder how does this team match that, after losing Derrick Henry and Mike Vrabel. Well here’s how. I already laid out the case for the Jaguars taking a step back. I expect Will Levis to be better than last year’s QB play. Sometimes a team needs a jolt of new energy. And adding Calvin Ridley, Tony Pollard, Lloyd Cushenberry might just be that.

I love the Steelers OVER (8.5). Jump on this now. The odd makers have Mike Tomlin finishing with a losing record? This is hard for me to understand. They will have better quarterback play; whether that’s from the remains of Russell Wilson or the resurgence of Justin Fields. Throw in a new offensive coordinator, stealing Patrick Queen from Baltimore and the black & yellow are headed back to the playoffs. Can we even trust Joe Burrow to be healthy or Deshaun Watson to not be horny? Exactly.

I like the Cardinals OVER (6.5). Now as a Niners fan, this pains me the most but I suspect the Cards will be better with Jonathan Gannon and a healthy Kyler Murray. Not to mention they have the number four overall draft pick. That should be Marvin Harrison Jr. as they are hurting for a receiver. If they don’t take Harrison Jr. you have to imagine they trade back for multiple picks to fill multiple needs. Either way the team should be significantly better than last season.

With all of that being said, here’s the play: parlay all five picks together now.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “We don’t trust you”…then take out the Titans and run with that.
