I’m not really sure what Nap Time with Neef will consist of. Well for one, it’s called Nap Time because I have two little kids. And I mean little! One soon to be 3 year old and a 3 month old. I’m fertile! And my hands are full!
Let’s kick off Nap Time by talking about "sleepers". Here we go.
Don’t sleep on being a superhero/supervillain. It still has its perks. Now you might ask, what the hell am I talking about? I’ll explain. People’s Magazine named Captain America, Chris Evans as sexiest man alive this year. That’s coming off Paul Rudd aka Ant Man’s win in 2021 and Michael B Jordan aka Killmonger victory in 2020. That’s three straight for the nerds. This doesn’t include The Rock (Black Adam) & Chris Hemsworth (Thor), but who’s counting.
Everyone loves the over! It’s more fun to root for points and yards but don’t sleep on the under. Going over 300 passing yards isn’t easy to hit this season. Last week only Patrick Mahomes (446) and Tua Tagovailoa (302) went over the milestone.
Don’t sleep on the Bucks winning 68 games. They are 9-1 and are at the Thunder tonight. Bet them as much as you can and throw a few dollars on the best player in the league, Giannis to win another MVP.
Last but not least…don’t sleep on a Subway Super Bowl! Not this year! But it is coming rather soon. I say that because I think both the Jets and Giants will have new quarterbacks in the very near future. Can you imagine if the Jets give Lamar Jackson the contract he’s looking for and the Giants make a move for Aaron Rodgers? Think about it...
