Oh man, another blog about Zach Wilson, this is getting exhausting. But here we are again because Zach Wilsons mom is going back at Jet fans on IG.
First of all Mrs. Wilson....Sup? Second of all, has Zach Wilson had the worst month ever? We've already talked about the benching, the terrible play on the field, getting bench again, and now this. I get it though, his mom is sticking up for her sweet baby boy and doesn't like getting picked on. I wish my dad did that, and I also wish my dad came back from picking up cigarettes and milk when I was at the young age of 26, but thats neither here nor there.
Mrs. Wilson has posted some videos throughout the years defending her son but now it's just getting out of hand. Are NY sports fans toxic? No, because I just saw an Eagles fan saying he was thankful Dak Prescott lost his mom, younger brother, and wished his older brother died too. So it can be a lot worse. I love when stories like this come out because it's a tale as old as time. Young athletes get drafted to big market sports town, under perform, or don't live up to the hype, get booed, and either play better or move on to the next team. I don't see Jets fans booing Mike White, want to know why? That guy is a winner and can pass for more than 100 yards.
Jay Glazer has reported the Jets will part way with Wilson this off season, despite Robert Saleh saying he still sees Wilson in the teams future (that's cap!) Wilson will probably end up in Arizona as a back up or Houston and potentially battle it out for the starting job, but his time in NY is up in a few weeks. Wilson reminds me of the kid everyone played with in travel ball growing up, whose parents thought he was a lot better than he was, and if he didn't start they would blame the coaches and move him to a different team. Confirmed not a winner.
But congrats on banging your moms friend Zach, that's kinda tight.
