The US Economy, MLB failing to market Mike Trout on a national level and George Santos are some of this biggest dumpster fires in the world today....none of them compare to the to the current state of Chelsea football Club. Boy does that feel like eons ago. Since that LCFC game, Chelsea tied Everton 2-2, lost to Villa 2-0, tied Liverpool 0-0, lost to Wolves 1-0 and got dominated of by Madrid 2-0. Chelsea sacked Potter and brought in Super Frank Lampard for a second managerial term to weather the storm and boy ohhh boy do I seriously think this club will be in a relegation fight. Chelsea simply have too many players after both the transfer window and players getting healthy. There is no leadership in the locker room and simply no accountability. This team cannot score goals. To quote Alabama Coach Nate Oates, Frank lampard is simply "In the wrong place at the wrong time."
Now we turn to Brighton, a team that is the exact opposite of Chelsea. A team that is in contention for european football, a team that scores goal, a team with a definite coach in Roberto De Zerbi, a team where they sold one of their top talents to Arsenal in Leandro Trossard and got better, and a team that plays together. Alxis MacAllister is an absolute beast and the energizer bunny Mitoma cant stop causing havoc on Premier League defenses. The play here is simple, Brighton ML. Its a club that has their shit together
