Cleveland Browns Players Being Robbed Over The Weekend Is Peak Browns

The Cleveland Browns can not catch a break in any aspect of their franchise. NewsChannel5Cleveland.com — Two Browns players, cornerback Greg Newsome and running back Demetric Felton, had their vehicles stolen Sunday, multiple sources confirmed to News 5's Camryn Justice. Newsome had his vehicle stolen at gunpoint late Sunday night, and Felton had his car stolen earlier in the morning.

Maybe the fans in Cleveland have just had enough for rooting for Mediocre sports teams for years and finally said fuck it and start robbing their own players. But what kind of Browns fan would like to make it harder on this team as they begin mandatory camp today. Luckily neither player were harmed during these incidents.

According to police, the two players left a Cleveland nightclub early Monday morning. When they got to Newsome's truck in a nearby parking lot, six masked men jumped out of an unknown car and robbed them at gunpoint at 3:30 a.m. ET Monday. "I'm glad our guys are OK. ... We want everybody to be safe and we want to get violent people off of our streets," Browns coach Kevin Stefanski said Tuesday. Stefanski declined to comment much further due to the "ongoing investigation," though he did admit that he spoke to the Cleveland chief of police on Monday.

As a lifelong Browns fan, who was born and raised in Cleveland, OH, I would like to go on record and say just leave the Browns alone. They're going to do their usual thing and come up short somehow this season, and our QB is a pervert, don't need our DB's and RB's being robbed by fans.
