Uhhhhhh....what dude?
For someone who already has a ton of red flags surrounding his draft stock, from his off the court drama, to his lackluster play in the #NCAA March Madness Tournament. There is absolutely no fucking way you can draft a guy as your franchise player who is going to get in front of a media a day before draft day and say that Paul George is the greatest basketball player he's ever seen. I know the debate of MJ vs. LeBron has been going on for years now, but I mean this can't serious. I anticipate a spin zone coming soon explaining how he models his game after PG-13, but good lord this is a bad look.
Hornets have been rumored to take Miller with the 2nd overall pick tomorrow night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. I am hoping Jordan sees this and goes, wow this guy is a dumbass. Maybe he just has a crush on Paul George, who knows. As of 44 minutes ago, from Yahoo Sports, Scoot Henderson is the projected #2 pick and Brandon Miller is expected to go #3 to the Portland Trailblazers. If Damian Lillard hasnt already seen that quote, I am sure he's on the phone with the Portland GM begging to trade that pick for a proven vet, or take someone other than Miller.
Per Yahoo Sports: "Miller had a strong workout in Portland and looked comfortable during drills. If the Hornets take Henderson at No. 2, Miller can add some length and size along the perimeter with Damian Lillard and Anfernee Simons. Miller was one of the best 3-point shooting wings in college basketball and was named the SEC's Freshman of the Year and Player of the Year, becoming first player to win both awards since Anthony Davis did it with Kentucky in 2012."
